The location was ideal. Close the the metro, shopping center and eateries.
The breakfast was nondescript. The room was small compared to its price tag. The housekeeping staff were amazing!

Good stay with a elevator to MRT station
You could enter the MRT station from the hotel lift directly without leaving the building.
We stayed 3 nights and did not have daily housekeeping. With a toddler it’s necessary, at least to get rid of his dippers. We left every day in the morning 7-3pm came for his nap but still was not cleaned, but at 4-5pm they left a note that it was not possible to clean the room due to no disturb button. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Best Stay, I'll reccommend for family/Solo stay. Good staff, clean and new property.
We like the location, it was very close to MRT, easy access from MRT, 2 mins underground walk with lot of local food joints, Hotel is connected with 2 malls, all the eminities around the location. Best option to pick in this price. Novena is closer to all the tourist locations max 20 mins MRT travel.
In the hotel No such food options, Hotel shut there resturants at 9 pm and infact locations around also shut max by 8:30, So food options at night is a task to find. Even Grab and online options are also not too many. One Japanese Super mart at Novena MRT where you can buy food till 10:30 PM. But, hard to find any hot/fresh food and specially difficult for Indians to find something for late night dinner.
